I was first in Massachusetts on June 30, 2012, entering from the state of New York on a 'road trip' vacation with a friend of mine and my dad, going from Canada to Connecticut.

We returned to Massachusetts on July 3, 2012. Our first stop was at Battleship Cove in Fall River.

We then drove past the Kennedy Compound in Hyannis Port on Cape Cod, and stopped at the JFK Museum in Hyannis.

On July 4, 2012, we visited Plimoth Plantation.

Later on the same day, we visited Plymouth Rock and the Mayflower II.

We then took a tour of the birthplace of President John Adams; the birthplace of President John Quincy Adams; and the Adams family home and library.

We then stayed in Boston for four nights and three days. On July 5th, we visited Faneuil Hall then departed on a Pirates And Patriots Tour.

Our next stops were at the Boston Tea Party Commemorative Plaque and then the Boston Tea Party Ships & Museum.

We ate dinner at Chart House, which is on Long Wharf in the building that had been John Hancock's Counting House.

After dinner, we went to a 3D IMAX movie, To The Arctic, at the New England Aquarium.

We then walked back to our hotel on Harborwalk.

We started July 6, 2012, with a visit to The Paul Revere House, followed by a behind the scenes tour of The Old North Church and it's tower, basement, and crypts.

After this, we took a walking tour along The Freedom Trail.

We then spent the afternoon at the Museum of Science.

For dinner, we ate in the old Charles Street Jail building which now houses the Liberty Hotel and a restaurant called CLINK.

On July 7th, we drove to Salem and visited the New England Pirate Museum; Witch History Museum; and the Witch Dungeon Museum.

We then returned to Boston and played at the Boston Children's Museum.

After a short work out at the hotel, we ate dinner at the Barking Crab.

We then returned to Michigan (by traveling through New York and Canada).
